Twenty years of turning real life into a room full of laughter
Peter Francis is a British stand-up comedian and performer who has been working professionally since 2001. Early on he reached the finals of Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny?, and picked up BECA recognition for Best Newcomer in 2002 and Most Original Material in 2004.
Since then he has played the rooms that matter - Hackney Empire, The Comedy Store, Indigo at The O2, Up The Creek and the Glee Clubs - and taken the same material to Germany, Holland, Sweden, China and the United States, including the Laugh Factory and Improv. He has also performed for the US Army and the RAF.
Beyond stand-up, his work extends into writing, theatre and other creative projects.
